Once a potential home renter confirms their preferred home at Pun Hlaing golf estate, our salesperson will hand-over the information to our leasing operations team to conduct the moving in. The operation team will ensure the homes are in extremely good condition - from air conditioning units, lights, fans to water faucets are in fantastic condition and ready for the tenants to move in.
The operations team also has to ensure the TV satellite and internet lines are well connected, and ready to use once after tenant confirms the subscription plan. Last and not least, the operations team will ensure the homes are properly sanitised, all documentations are in proper order on day of welcoming the new tenants to their new homes at Pun Hlaing golf estate.
Thet Naing Tun, Leasing Operations Manager
Thet Naing, an experienced hotelier, heads the operations team. He is in charge of training and guiding the team towards tenants’ relationship management, ensuring tenants needs and expectations are met. Highly emphatic, Thet Naing loves to interact with our tenants and exchange cross cultural knowledge.

Tin Zar, a repatriate, has years of experienced working outside in hospitality related industries in the Southeast Asian regions. She works closely with home-owners who have entrusted their homes to Pun Hlaing professional management team to manage.
