Garden Bathing is the term from the Japanese in the 1980s as a physiological and psychological exercise called shinrin-yoku, which means "sinking in the garden/forest atmosphere”. It is not just for the wilderness-lover; can be as simple as walking in any neutral environment and intentionally connecting with what’s around you.
