Barry's Bootcamp is offering a 20-minute, equipment-free version of their boutique fitness classes through Instagram. Twice a day, different Barry's instructors are going live via the Barry's Bootcamp Instagram page to help you get a quick workout in.

Rumble
Like Barry's, Rumble is offering a truncated version of their celeb-loved boxing class on their Instagram. The workouts require no equipment and instead combine body weight workouts and shadow boxing for a powerful though quick, at only 30 minutes HIIT workout.

CorePower Yoga
Get in a morning meditation sesh or relax with an afternoon flow with CorePower Yoga On Demand. Both members and non-members can choose from a variety of yoga and meditation classes on their website, all of which are usually only open to members. Classes range from one to sixty minutes in length.

305 Fitness
Get your dance on with 305 Fitness' twice daily dance parties, I mean classes. Every day at 12 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. ET on their YouTube channel, you can dance along with founder Sadie Kurzban during a 45-minute class.
