The first phase of the Lotus Garden project comprises of 30 semi-detached villas at Lotus Place and 14 townhouses at Lotus Hill. From this the final release of only 6 semi detached villas and 3 townhouses is now open to buyers. Phase two of the project shall commence 2020 in an adjacent plot.

For this release we are offering buyers the ability to customise their new home for the first time. About Stephen Purvis
Mr. Stephen Purvis was appointed as the Head of Yoma Land in February 2019. He has been with the Group since 2013 and was the Project Director and subsequently the General Manager for Yoma Central since 2015. He also spearheaded the master planning of StarCity. Mr. Purvis has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate market including developing substantial mixed-use city centre projects in emerging and developed markets.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Purvis was a director at Coral Capital Group Ltd, a Cuba-focused country fund, where he oversaw long-term equity real estate projects, including the design, funding, construction and operation of a portfolio of hotels under the Hotel Saratoga brand. Notably, he master planned the new container port and economic zone of Mariel with partner Dubai Ports World and was also the project manager for high profile clients such as the Prince of Wales Foundation.
Mr. Purvis is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and holds a Bachelors of Arts (Hons) Degree in Architecture from Newcastle University, England and a Bachelors in Architecture from Westminster University, England.
About Matthew Hill
Mr. Matthew Hill was appointed as the Project Director for construction projects at Pun Hlaing Estate in March 2019. Prior to this current role, he was the Project Controls Director for Yoma Land since 2015 which included the Cost and Contracts and QHSE teams that were actively involved in all projects at Pun Hlaing Estate and Thanlyin Star City.
Mr. Hill has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has successfully delivered a wide range of projects in Vietnam, UAE, Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Hill was a Commercial Manager at Taisei Corporation, a tier one international Main Contractor working on a range of projects including Terminal 2 of Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Mr. Hill is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Building Science degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
About Charlotte Ng @ Hnin Ei Lwin
Ms. Charlotte Ng @ Hnin Ei Lwin was appointed Sales Director of Yoma Land in April 2019. She was part of the Regional Elite Team of Far East Organization in Singapore in 2008. As director of Credit Vertex properties and investment trading, Ms. Ng specialised in acquiring and restructuring property investments in Southeast Asian region from 2009-2015.
In 2015, Ms. Ng headed the international residential sales as Associate Director with Savills Singapore, specialising in managing high net worth clients, sourcing for the finest properties worldwide. During this time, Ms. Ng was also in charge of guiding hotel owners on operators' selection, valuation, consulting and business development with Savills Vietnam. In 2017, Ms. Ng was the Country Director of sqft Global Properties Myanmar covering real estate consultancy, sales and marketing, research and advisory, international residential sales; and office & retail solutions.
Ms. Ng holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations in Marketing and International Business from the States University of New York, Buffalo and Master of Business Administration from Newcastle University. Ms. Ng also holds a post graduate Finance qualification in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
