Yangon, 05 March 2020 – Yoma Land, Myanmar’s leading property developer, is pleased to announce the release for sale of five semi-detached villas and five townhouses at the Lotus Garden development on Pun Hlaing Estate in Hlaing Thayar Township. The release marks the first time Yoma Land has made properties with customisable interiors available to the public. These are also the final properties available as part of Lotus Garden’s first phase of development.

Yoma Land held a Town Hall to recognize the achievements of 2019 and to share the plans for the estate. FMI Garden Development Ltd. (“FMI Garden Development”), the developer of FMI City aka. Padaetharbin Myo Taw, Myanmar’s first gated community housing development in Yangon, announces the completion of the project. The estate management of the development will be handed over to the Department of Urban and Housing Development (“DUHD”)1 under the Ministry of Construction with effect on 30 September 2019.
