  • Lead an essential function in the leasing team

  • Responsible for successfully creating and implementing plans for successful lease ups from year to year, helping the property achieve leasing and sales goals, as well as meet financial objectives

  • Analyses weekly, monthly leasing reports and foresees occupancy trends

  • Exquisite presentation, negotiation skills, strong communication skills, problem solving skills and Customer-focused approach

  • Must have at least 5-7 years in marketing, sales and leasing field and must have 2 years of experience in managerial role


  • Manage the entity HR team to provide day-to operational HR support to the business

  • Guide the business on strategic HR matters such as workforce planning, talent management, performance management and employee satisfaction by implementing relevant strategies, policies and guidelines

  • Collaborate with other entity HR teams and Group HR to provide holistic HR support to Yoma Land

  • Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in HR field, with a minimum of 2 years in management role

  • Positive, Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and adaptable to change

  • Good verbal and written English language skills
